Rachel Uchitel, once supposedly tied to Tiger Woods’ disloyalty scandal, has tied the knot to San Francisco businessman Matt Hahn in Las Vegas, CNN can confirm. “Rachel and Matt attended a friend’s wedding this weekend and were inspired to tie the knot themselves,” says a rep for Uchitel. “It was all very spur of the moment and very romantic.” The newlyweds have reportedly been living together for several months. Rachel Uchitel, who was famous for her brief romantic relationship with Tiger Woods and a $10 million settlement, was married in 2004 but it only lasted a year and 4 months. Documents from Clark County, Nevada, show that Rachel and Matt got a marriage license Sunday night and filed it with the court the next day at 8:58 a.m.

Rachel Uchotel is a nightclub manager, hostess and TV correspondent. She made headlines in 2010 as one of golfer Tiger Woods’ mistresses as well as for an affair with actor David Boreanaz. In 2010, Uchitel was photographed by the National Enquirer entering Tiger Woods’ room while in Australia and at the time was allegedly as the highest paid VIP hostess. Previously, Uchitel had been engaged to James Andrew O’Grady, an investment banker, who was killed in the September 11 attacks of the World Trade Center.
