As a usual Thanksgiving tradition, Google posted a special Google Doodle to mark the holiday in the U.S., with this year’s interactive and shareable logo arriving a couple days early. A tradition as American as apple pie, Google has decided to give thanks this year by paying homage to the turkeys that elementary school kids make by tracing their hands. By using the interactive logo, people can change and decorate the hand and turn it into a chicken. You can go to this link and can visit the doodle past thanksgiving after it has been taken off: http://g.co/doodle/pwg74g.

The turkey logo can be completely customized. People can even click each feather to change it to the color they want; or by clicking the turkey’s hair, people can get a variety of styles with a choice of a dozen different features, including a hat, glasses, various hair styles and even a football helmet. People can also try to click the feet and choose from a wide variety of styles. There are many choices of designs which include roller skates, sneakers, high heels and even duck feet. By showing one of the designs to kids, they will be amazed since the Thanksgiving Doodle is really cute and fun.
