Some people refuse to believe the man in the photo is really the cute Kevin. In the photo published by Entertainment Tonight, Culkin holds a can of Red Bull in one hand and a pair of sunglasses in the other while on a stroll in New York City. After ensured he’s really Macaulay Culkin, they poured out some assumption, if he is undernourished, he is trapped on drugs or has chronic disease.

But this good news also clarified by the actor’s rep. “Mr. Culkin is NOT starring in ‘Service Man’, don’t take for face value everything you read on IMDb. They are not always accurate.”
Actually the fans never hope the good news should be about Culkin’s achievement. The news that Culkin gets his fat back is enough for the fans.
