“Person of Interest,” a new drama on CBS written and visualized by Jonathan Nolan and produced by J.J. Abrams, is based on the idea that a machine could predict murder. “Person of Interest’’ has the potential to be charged with post-9/11 politics and paranoia .The Drama television series which broadcasts on CBS debuted on September 22, 2011. The idea is that Emerson’s software billionaire, Finch, created a pattern-recognition system after 9/11 called “the machine,’’ which collects enough data off cellphones and street cameras to predict crimes. However, the program has its limitations; for example, it cannot predict whether the person will be a victim, perpetrator, or witness, nor can it predict when or where the crime will take place.

” Person of Interest” received the highest test ratings of any drama pilot in 15 years since the pilot episode won its time slot by drawing 13.2 million viewers, according to CBS. This is the series that CBS has selected to fill its impressive Thursday at 9 p.m. timeslot, the old home of former mega-hit “CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.’’, which had occupied that slot for over 10 years, to Wednesday 10/9c to make room for “Person of Interest”. The new drama sounds of interest for CBS audience which will be capable of delivering some clever twists within the framework of crime drama genre.

The $228.9 million Powerball prize, one of the largest prizes ever, was announced at night on August, 10. The winner got winning numbers which are ordered: 46 – 41 – 36 – 18 – 11 – 38 (red ball). The Powerball lottery which is literally a numbers game drew at 10:59 p.m. the night of 10th of august made one — or a couple — Americans very wealthy, as the jackpot has reached $220 million. It’s one of the 10-largest Powerball pots ever, though it’s still $39.9 million less than Columbia’s Solomon Jackson Jr. won in August 2009.

Regardless, a lot of Powerball stores and other lottery retailer looked for some extra transfer as people take an attempt at the 1-in-195 million odds.Midlands convenience store worker Naomi Hutson said that while activity was average for most of the day, many people who got off work stopped by and bought a $1 Powerball ticket. Once they got home with the golden ticket, there wasn’t anything else to do but waited on the numbers. Moreover, it stopped people from performing their own hoodoo to help them win. People was able to purchase a Powerball entry until 9:59 p.m., allowing an hour between the last sales and the public reveal of the winning numbers on local CBS televisions affiliate WLTX.
