Based on the 2005 novel by Jonathan Safran Foer, “Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close”, as the novel picks up two years after the 9/11 tragic events, tells the story of precocious 9-year-old Oskar Schell. A nine-year-old amateur inventor, jewelry designer, astrophysicist, tambourine player and pacifist, searches New York for the lock that matches a mysterious key left by his father when he was killed in the September 11 attacks. The film stars Tom Hanks, Sandra Bullock and newcomer Thomas Horn, Max von Sydow, Viola Davis, John Goodman, Jeffrey Wright, James Gandolfini.

“I wanted to tell a different kind of story,” Foer told The Times in 2005, “one that wasn’t politicized. The book never talks about good or evil, and it never talks about why Sept. 11 happened or how to prevent it — those are absent from the conversation, even as they take up almost the entirety of the real world’s conversation. They’re part of the story, sure; they have to be. But I don’t think that’s how most people experience it. I think most people just get sad.” The Movie “Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close” which has shown the trailer recently opens in limited release Christmas Day and will hit the theater widely on January 20, 2011.

The Town is a 2010 crime film who was adapted from Chuck Hogan’s novel “Prince of Thieves”. The film which hit the theaters in the United States on September 17, 2010 was reviewed overwhelmingly positive. The film is one of several films that has its own set in Boston, Massachusetts, which was formed as a “sub-genre” of crime movies. The story of the movie begins with a story of one of Boston Bank robbers named Doug MacRay (starred by Ben Affleck). He is a robber who has his own style in robbing including wearing a nun’s uniform. Instead of becoming the follower of the other Bank robbers in Boston, he makes up his own way and lead a crew of ruthless Bank robbers. However, the career on robbing bank will likely stop as he walks out with his own hostage, bank manager Claire Keesey (starred by Rebecca Hall). As his relationship with Claire deepens, Doug realizes that is not easy to get out of his career and it may put his lover into danger.

The film opened at number one at the United States box office with more than $23 million. Jeremy Renner was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role as James “Jem” Coughlin. The cast has been nominated for several awards from the Broadcast Film Critics Association Award for Best Cast and the National Board of Review. The film has also received several Satellite Award nominations for Renner, Affleck as director, film editing, adapted screenplay, and best motion picture drama.

A poster release of the new movie “Apollo 18” has been shown publicly on websites. The poster was shown after the release of the movie trailer and its following synopsis which states: “Officially, Apollo 17, launched December 17th, 1972 was the last manned mission to the moon. But a year later, in December of 1973, two American astronauts were sent on a secret mission to the moon funded by the US Department of Defense. What you are about to see is the actual footage which the astronauts captured on that mission. While NASA denies its authenticity, others say it’s the real reason we’ve never gone back to the moon.”

Apollo 18 is an upcoming 2011 American film directed by Gonzalo Lopez-Gallego and produced by Timur Bekmambetov. The centers of the movie go around with a fictional idea of an actual Apollo 18 mission that was launched in December 1974. The Apollo and its crew never returned and it defined the real reason why the United States never commissioned another Apollo expedition to the moon. Many people consider the footage is not a real documentary of the Apollo 18. It is something was shot in a mockumentary style- a fictious event which is shown in a documentary format. However the head of Dimension Films, Bob Weinstein denied the film was a work of fiction, stating that “We didn’t shoot anything, we found it. Found baby!” After the release date changed several times, the film is decided to be released on September 2, 2011. The audiences will leave comments and reviews for the reality of the documentary and the quality of the movie after the movie hit theater.

Dame Helen Mirren, who was born on 26 July 1945, is an English actress. She has won an Academy Award for Best Actress, four SAG Awards, four BAFTAs, three Golden Globes, four Emmy Awards, and two Cannes Film Festival Best Actress Awards Mirren married American director Taylor Hackford on 31 December 1997, at his 53rd birthday. The ceremony took place at the Ardersier Parish Church in the Scottish Highlands. It is her first marriage, and his third (he has two children from his previous marriages). Mirren has no children and says she has “no motherly instinct at all.”

The new movie that she takes a part has been filming in Long Island and Manhattan for the past month. The film is determined to be sympathetic to the former Beatles producer and claims he was wrongly jailed for murder. However, she is being in danger with awards ignores and worse for refusing on finishing her acting on the film by ‘influential’ Hollywood insiders and friends of Lana Clarkson. In fact a rebellious Helen Mirren arrived on the set of the controversial Phil Spector movie today to get down to work. Dame Helen’s spokesman last night said that the actress had received a letter sent to her by the protestors, but he added, “She is in the movie. She is not dropping out. That’s all she is saying.”
