Patti Stanger who makes a living telling single people how to find love is an American matchmaker and television producer with her own Bravo TV show called “The Millionaire Matchmaker”. However, her latest dose of “advice,” delivered on Bravo’s “Watch What Happens Live,” probably left potential clients looking for another matchmaker. Stanger caused a stir when she tried to defend her belief that gay men can’t be monogamous. “In the gay world, it will always be open. … There is no curbing the gay man. I have tried to curb you people,” she told host Andy Cohen, who replied, “I am gay and am down for the monogamy.” Later, the “Millionaire Matchmaker” star insulted Jewish men by generalizing, “Jewish men lie.” This prompted Cohen to say, “So I’m a non-monogamous liar,” but he was still able to laugh at her comment.
Patti Stanger says she’s sorry for her homophobic and anti-Semitic remarks last night on TV. She offered an apology for those offended by her words during her appearance on “WWHL” on Sunday night on September, 25. “I am so sorry. I did not mean to offend anyone with my comments last night,” she said to TMZ. Bravo also has issued an apology for the controversial statements made by Patti Stanger.
Jennifer Aniston’s relationship with Justin Theroux is generating a lot of attention. The Millionaire Matchmaker, Patti Stanger, is the latest person to response. The 42-year-old fell hard for co-star Theroux on the Georgia set of Wanderlust last fall, and “nothing was going to get in her way,” Us reports. Patti Stanger spoke to Radar about Jen’s new relationship and while she says Justin may be good for Jen, they should put the brakes on.
“I kind of like him, but here’s my problem – he was with the last girl for 15-16 years and one day in walks the girl of his dreams and he just says bye, see ya, wouldn’t want to be ya! There’s a karmic payback for that.” “He’s handsome and he likes her and she likes him, they’ve got good body language, so it’s a matter of what really went down that he jumped ship from this girl he lived with for 16 years, something’s not right there.” She added. She said that Jen’s decision to move and live with Theroux is too quick to decide. There are reports that Jen might be trying for a baby with her boyfriend and Patti says she could see that she might get hurt.
