President Obama paid day-after-Veterans’-Day tributes to the military and plugged programs to help veterans find jobs. The USS Carl Vinson’s mission on Friday night was to host college studs as a Veterans Day salute to the military. “We ask these men and women to leave their families and their jobs and risk their lives to fight for our country,” Obama said in an address delivered from the USS Carl Vinson aircraft carrier docked in San Diego. “The last thing they should have to do is fight for a job when they get home.” Continue

Each year on Veterans Day, the U. S citizens salute the nation’s veterans and recognize their service and commitment to keep the nation safe. Not only the citizens, President of the United States, Barack Obama, is taking part in Veterans Day observances in Washington and San Diego before heading to Hawaii for an Asia-Pacific summit. The president is hosting a veterans breakfast Friday at the White House, then laying a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknowns before speaking at a Veterans Day ceremony at Arlington National Cemetery. Peter King joined Herman Cain among the ranks of Republican polls who disenchanted the Occupy Wall Street protesters and their nationwide opposite numbers, calling them a “ragtag mob” and “anarchists” on the Laura Ingraham radio show Friday. King compared them to similar left-wing demonstrations of the 1960s that took to the streets and caused policy changes after the media “glorified” the protesters, adding to the growing chorus of Republicans publicly disapproving the Occupy Wall Street protests. Elizabeth Warren is a United States Senate candidate, attorney, and the Leo Gottlieb law professor. She has taught contract law, bankruptcy, and commercial law at Harvard Law School. Recently, she served as Assistant to the President and Special Advisor to the Secretary of the Treasury for the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Warren declared that she intended to participate in the Democratic Party’s nomination to go up against Scott Brown for the United States Senate in Massachusetts On September 14, 2011.

Elizabeth Warren, a Harvard law professor has become a top search item after her recent remarks about “class warfare”. On September 21, at an appearance In Andover, there was a video of Warren explaining the rationale of her economic policy of debating the Republican criticisms related to President Obama’s “class warfare” which became popular on the internet. Elizabeth remarks were stated after Republican lawmakers have criticized President Barack Obama in recent weeks for engaging in “class warfare.” Warren collapsed the Republican criticism in her statements, “I hear all this, you know, ‘Well, this is class warfare, this is whatever,’” Warren said. “No. There is nobody in this country who got rich on his own — nobody.”
