The Existence of Conficker Worm is Waiting to Launch a Frightening Threat0 comments

Setting back in 2008, people have heard about a computer worm named the Conficker Worm. The worm which caused relatively a panic as it was infecting a huge amount of computers was able to spread on its own and no one knew how to stop it. Now the worm has had time to cultivate by spreading a fear that as many as 12 million computers being affected by this threat and at the moment there is no antivirus which is capable to remove or clean this spreading threat.

Mark Bowden in a statement said that at the time the worm has infected millions of computers globally, organizing the world hugest “botnet” , a drone army of machines that, without the knowledge to their owners, was ordered at any time to unleash digital destruction that could bring down global communications systems, power networks, perhaps the Internet itself. People have no idea who created the threat, controlled it and how much progress has been made. Mark Bowden has added his explanation on Business Week that the threat is far from over, and that it has used the past three years building up its road and rail network readying itself for the big attack which can cause massive chaos.
