Many websites are emerging the first poster that has been released of the new Superman. The photo of Henry Cavill has blown up since Warner Bros released it via Twitter. Now, everyone’s curiosity about the actor’s interpretation of the American superhero was relieved. With the shield on the chest is thick and big, and the crimson cape is long and flowing, the audience will watch the new superman goes high through the sky heroically. Henry Cavill who is a 28-year old actor, grew up in the Channel Islands. This is a huge role for the young actor who has had smaller parts in films since 2001. The film, directed by “300” and “Watchmen” director Zack Snyder, is commonly being called a “reboot” of the franchise. The film was inspired from another superhero movie’s reboot: the “Batman” which incorporates “Batman Begins”, “The Dark Knight” and next year’s “The Dark Knight Rise”.
The upcoming film also shows Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Diane Lane as Martha Kent, and Kevin Costner as Jonathan Kent. Both Russell Crowe and Christopher Meloni are both rumored for roles. Michael Shannon will be General Zod. Early version of the script included Lex Luthor and Brainiac. The new film that will feature Henry Cavill as Superman is “Man of Steel”, set to be released in June 14, 2013.
